Main purpose
In oil drilling, potassium humate is mainly used as an inhibitive demulsifier and shale stabilizer. It is particularly suitable for drilling into mudstone formations that are prone to hydration and expansion, and can optimize the rheological properties of the drilling fluid while stabilizing the wellbore. Additionally, it can also be used as a low-cost demisting agent additive and an oil-based drilling fluid's oil-loving adjustment raw material, and is widely applied in shallow to medium-deep water-based drilling fluid systems, especially showing outstanding performance in water-sensitive formations and in areas with strict environmental protection requirements.
